Need protein?

3 tablespoons hemp seed powder

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 cups of milk, rice milk, goat milk, soy milk, or your other milk of choice

one banana

honey to taste

throw it in a blender till thick like a milk shake. I like to add some ice and blend again for a  “frappuccino” like consistency. Throw in a couple espresso beans for a mocha flavor and some antioxidants.

makes about 2 servings with about 15g protein each.

If you’re pregnant you should get about 70-80g of protein a day. This is a great way to supplement, especially if you’re vegetarian or having meat aversions.
