I was too scared to stay home! I wanted to make sure everything was ok. Plus I really needed those pain meds for the cramping. they were awful!

I’ve heard they’re worse with each birth. I remember with ds2 the afterpains were pretty nasty I’m not so much looking forward to that part this time. I understand they serve a purpose but I almost think afterpains add insult to injury since you just successfully went through labor lol
